These mini crepes are refined flour free and sugar free. Soft and thin crepes served with beautifully bright raspberries, strawberries and cherries (remember to remove the cherry pits for younger babies) along with clotted cream and jam (store bought), this breakfast is perfect for little princesses and princes.
The recipe for crepes is simple. Beat together:

- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp spelt flour
