Energy Balls

👶 9 months onwards. Roll into fingers instead of balls for young babies. ⁣

❄️ Refrigerate for up to 3 days ⁣

Let me start with a question: how many of these cute little bliss balls can you eat in one go? I ate 5 and later lost count 🤪. ⁣

Full of healthy ingredients and absolutely no nasties, these bliss balls are a perfect snack for kids and adults. The best thing is you can never go wrong. The mixture is gooey? Add more oats. The mixture is dry? Add nut butter/raisins/dates. ⁣

Roll them in desiccated coconut/strawberry powder/sparkling sugar/cocoa powder like in this picture or serve them simple as it is. It’s okay if you don’t have an ingredient and you can add more if you wish. ⁣

Recipe: ⁣

Blitz together until they form one mass & roll into balls:

  1. 1/4 cup oats ⁣
  2. 1/4 raisins. You can use dates instead but I didn’t have any. ⁣
  3. 3 tbsp organic cocoa powder ⁣
  4. Handful of cashews ⁣
  5. 1 tbsp chia seeds
