Energy Balls
👶 9 months onwards. Roll into fingers instead of balls for young babies.

Let me start with a question: how many of these cute little bliss balls can you eat in one go? I ate 5 and later lost count 🤪.
Full of healthy ingredients and absolutely no nasties, these bliss balls are a perfect snack for kids and adults. The best thing is you can never go wrong. The mixture is gooey? Add more oats. The mixture is dry? Add nut butter/raisins/dates.
Roll them in desiccated coconut/strawberry powder/sparkling sugar/cocoa powder like in this picture or serve them simple as it is. It’s okay if you don’t have an ingredient and you can add more if you wish.
Recipe:
Blitz together until they form one mass & roll into balls:
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 raisins. You can use dates instead but I didn’t have any.
- 3 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- Handful of cashews
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
