Or as Tara called it .. Blueberry pizza.
Blueberry pancakes baked to perfection until golden on top and juicy in parts. Absolutely no added sugar and free of refined flour, it’s makes a perfect finger food for weaning babies and fussy eaters. This is the first time Tara kept saying “delicious” after every bite, so it’s a winner !
Mix the wet ingredients followed by dry ones, pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden on top:
1. 1 egg
2. Splash of milk
3. 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
4. 1 tsp vanilla
5. 1/2 cup spelt flour
6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
Once the pancakes cool down, cut into triangles, top with Greek yoghurt and your choice of syrup and enjoy !
