Baked Pasta
Pasta bake is my go-to dinner on busy nights ! It’s such a relief that my daughter has started liking pasta again, after not eating it for over 4 months ! Exposure is the key.
I didn’t have time to make pasta sauce from scratch and used a ready made bottle of tomato and mascarpone sauce. I added some vegetables to get some goodness into my daughters tummy.
Ingredients:
1. 2.5 cups of pasta
2. 1 tin of pasta sauce
3. Few broccoli florets
4. 3/4 cup grated cheese. I used cheddar
5. Sliced chillies
6. 1/2 cup of corn
Method:
1. Cook pasta as per packet instructions, drain and keep aside.
2. In a sheet pan, mix the pasta with sauce. Top it with grated cheese and the vegetables.
3. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden on top.
