Mini Energy Balls

I made a small batch of these mini balls or laddoos yesterday and my home smells divine. Instead of using the nuts as it is, I roasted them in a bit of ghee (you can use butter too) and that made a huge difference to taste. Tara gobbled up a couple of them before I could finish rolling 🙈


Blitz and make balls:

  1. 3 tbsp cashews
  2. 3 tbsp pistachios
  3. 3 tbsp raisins
  4. 4 dates
  5. 2 tbsp dried goji berries
  6. Pinch of cardamom powder
  7. Pinch of saffron
  8. 1 tbsp ghee or butter. If using butter, let it boil and become slightly brown before you add the nuts.
