Healthier Rocky Road
I’m on rest since yesterday as I’m down with cold, fever, which is actually worse today. Doctor Tara is on duty. She keeps checking my throat with a popsicle stick and says “aaaa”. Also keeps caressing my hair and makes me sleep on her little laps, it’s a blessing ! .

This morning she was playing with fairies so I wanted to make some mid day snacks for her and her magical fairies. So used up some last bits and blobs to make this and it’s so delicious!! .

⭐️Recipe⭐️
- Melt 3 tbsp of dark chocolate chips ( I used Extra dark chocolate with 70% cocoa) with 2 tbsp of maple syrup.
- Mix in :
a. Chia seeds
b. Chopped apricots
c. Sunflower seeds
d. Pumpkin seeds
e. Finely chopped walnuts
f. Few mini marshmallows for the kind doctor in my little girl
g. Ground pistachios
h. Ground flax - Spoon them on a sheet of silver foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- You can also add toppings like micro mini marshmallows, sprinkles, strawberry powder etc for added cuteness. .

I’ve not given the quantities of seeds used because it was just the last bits that were remaining. You can easily do it by adding seeds and nuts until it’s thick Rocky road consistency.
