Vegan Oats, Pear and Cocoa Cookies

These chunky cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are a perfect after nursery snack. I didn’t add eggs and instead used 2 tbsp golden milled flax mixed with a tbsp of almond milk.



1. 3/4 cup oats

2. 1/4 cup grated pear

3. 2 tbsp flax mixed with 1 tbsp plant milk. I used @yumandyay flax.

4. 2 tbsp cocoa powder

5. 1/4 tsp baking powder


1. Blend all the ingredients together. Don’t blend too much so that it’s not mushy. Blend it just enough so that oats are slightly more broken.

2. Mix well and spoon on a baking sheet.

3. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
