This is the my favourite snack. Tara is not a big fan of broccoli as such but this she loves.
1. 1 cup broccoli florets. I used tender stem variety.
2. 1/4 cup chickpea/gram flour or rice flour
3. 1 tbsp oil
4. Salt to taste
5. Paprika to taste
6. 1 tsp dry mango powder, optional
7. 2 tbsp mixed seeds. I used hemp, flax and chia.
Mix all the ingredients together and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
