Peppa Pig Cheese Crackers

This one will always be my go-to crackers recipe because it’s super simple ! I added chia seeds for more nutrition. I also had some leftover pesto so I added it to the mix. You can totally avoid pesto if you do not have it at home.


1. Make a dough with:

  1. 1/2 cup of self raising flour
  2. 1 cup of grated cheese. I used a mix of cheddar and Red Leicester.
  3. 2 tbsp chia seeds
  4. 2 tbsp leftover pesto
  5. 2 tbsp cold water
  6. 2 tbsp butter

2. Chill the dough for 1 hour.

3. Roll on a flat surface, cut to desired shape and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until golden. Crackers will crisp up once they cool down.

I used Peppa pig moulds because well, Peppa is family!
