When the amazing brand @ecozoi gifted me this stainless steel popsicle mould, I wanted to create a popsicle that’s GREEN and represents flavours that I grew up loving as well as what Tara loves !
When I was a kid, the only popsicle that we knew of was Indian Kulfi. My mom would make it very often in a similar stainless steel mould and my brother and I used to love it !
My daughter likes avocado so I used kulfi flavours and created this popsicle.
1. Blend two avocados with 1/2 cup of oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
2. Add 2 tbsp chia seeds, pinch of saffron, 1 tsp cardamom powder and 3 tbsp sliced pistachios.
3. Mix well and freeze in popsicle moulds. .
