Pasta in 5 Greens Pesto

This one was just something that I randomly tried because I didn’t want to waste some greens that I had the refrigerator. I’ve used almonds in this recipe. In case of but allergens, you can totally avoid it.

Recipe for pesto :

Blitz together

1. 1/2 cup basil

2. 1/2 cup kale

3. 1/2 cup spinach

4. 1/2 cup broccoli

5. 1/2 cup mint

6. 2 cloves of garlic

7. Paprika to taste

8. 2 tbsp Olive oil

9. 1/2 cup Almonds, optional

10. 2 tsp hemp

11. 2 tsp flax meal

12. 1/2 cup cream fraiche. You can use any cheese. I used cream fraiche because there was leftover.

Add cooked pasta and grated cheese to pesto and serve warm or cold.

You can also add some veggies of your choice !
