Wholewheat Pitas with Cream Cheese and Basil

Yet another super quick snack! I had some wholewheat mini pitas in my freezer and this went down a treat !

Ingredients:

1. 4 mini pitas or 1 whole pita sliced

2. Cream cheese

3. Basil

4. Cajun seasoning, optional

5. Butter or olive oil to bake

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.

2. Generously spread cream cheese on pitas and add some torn basil leaves.

3. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning.

4. Add some oil or butter and bake for 10-15 minutes.
