3 Ingredients Energy Balls
Energy balls are something I make at least 5 times a week as a quick and healthy snack for my daughter. The combinations are endless and by adding a naturally sweet item like dates or banana, they can be made without any refined sugars.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup seedless dates
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Method:
- Blitz all the above ingredients together. If too mushy, add some more oats.
- Roll them into balls and serve.
