I’m a huge fan of puff pastry. I use it pretty often and usually the last bit of puff pastry is made into cream cheese fingers for evening snack.
- A pack of ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 tub of cream cheese
- Italian dry herbs
- Unpack puff pastry sheet and spread it on a large roasting pan.
- Generously spread cream cheese, herbs and paprika.
- Cut into fingers (or desired shape) and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or until golden on top.
