Cream Cheese Fingers

I’m a huge fan of puff pastry. I use it pretty often and usually the last bit of puff pastry is made into cream cheese fingers for evening snack.


  1. A pack of ready rolled puff pastry
  2. 1 tub of cream cheese
  3. Italian dry herbs
  4. Paprika


  1. Unpack puff pastry sheet and spread it on a large roasting pan.
  2. Generously spread cream cheese, herbs and paprika.
  3. Cut into fingers (or desired shape) and bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or until golden on top.
